Join us at The Periodic Table on Saturday 02.24.2018 for an in-depth sake experience. We'll drink our way through a series of four sakes, accompanied by a curated food pairing, featuring cheese, pickles, and small plates by Chef Danny Keiser. While you're drinking, the owners, Jake Freed and Hiroko Nakamura of Shiba Ramen, will give a short talk about the basics of sake and how to approach sake as a casual drinker. We will close off the bar to the public for the duration of our event, and seating is limited to 20.
Even if you can't make the 2 p.m. seminar portion, we'll offer the four-course sake & food pairing for the same $40 price to walk-in customers for the rest of the day.
